RETURN POLICY

Items shipped from Seugene.com can be returned within 20 days of receipt of shipment. No returns made after 20 days from the purchase date will be accepted. Shipping is free on your 1st return for any order. You must use the shipping label we provide, then send back and postmark the package within 20 days from the purchase date. After you have already returned items from an order but would like to make additional returns for additional items, you must do so within 20 days of the purchase date. There are two ways:
– You can use the shipping label we provided and pay a $ 7.99 shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
– You can use your own shipping method and at your own cost. Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund. Seugene Store does not store items mistakenly sent to us and instead donates, or recycles them, when appropriate and possible. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to Seugene Store, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Seugene Store cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to Seugene Store.

REFUND POLICY

It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our location, it takes 7 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. The refund will be issued to your Seugene Wallet or the original payment account, as per your request. The original shipping fee and insurance are non refundable. NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was first placed.
